Thong is a serial tech entrepreneur and data scientist. He is the founder and Chairman of Palexy.

Prior to building Palexy, Thong was the co-founder and managing director of Arimo, a Big Data company that offers Data Science as a Service for global enterprises. Arimo got $13 million USD in funding from Andreessen Horowitz and was acquired by Panasonic in 2017.

Thong got a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, one of the top universities in the US. He has 5 patents in Computer Vision and AI.

Thao is the Head of Customer Success where she is responsible for delivering value to our clients and making sure their needs are met.

Prior to joining Palexy, she had multiple years of working in different industries including luxury fashion retail. She had a hand in building the concept store of Runway, a high-end multi-brand retailer by exploring, developing, and negotiating business relationships.

Jenny is the content manager where she is in charge of developing and distributing PR, Sales & Marketing materials. She is the voice behind Palexy's branding, responsible for communicating Palexy's messages to larger audiences via relevant, educational, and entertaining content.

Before joining Palexy, Jenny has worked in various creative fields including design, photography, and writing. Jenny received her B.A in Art History from Colby College, USA.

Minh is the Chief Technology Officer of Palexy where he is in charge of both product and engineering.

Prior to founding Palexy, Minh was a software engineer at Google where he developed APIs to rank YouTube’s comments and improved the latency of Google’s Adwords engine.

Minh got his MS in Computer Science in Iowa State University (ISU), USA.

Thu is the Director of Finance where she is in charge of managing the company’s finance and implementing business strategies.

Before joining Palexy, she had multiple years of working experience in Financial Statement Auditing and Risk Consulting at Deloitte, one of the Big Four accounting firms in the US. She holds a licensed CPA certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. During her stint as a Business Analyst, Thu successfully ran a Big Data Analysis project identifying consumer behaviours to direct a new promotion program for a US-based grocery chain.

Thu received her MBA degree in Financial Management and Supply Chain Management from North Carolina State University, USA.
